Angela McCall

A two-time alumna of UMass Amherst, Angela is committed to working to improve processes and systems that can create barriers for students, staff, and faculty. After graduating with a degree in finance from Isenberg in 2001, she has served in various positions at UMass for over 20 years, where she is currently Director of Administration & Finance for Commonwealth Honors College. Angela is responsible for the administrative, personnel, facilities, and financial management of the college, including the formulation of procedures and systems to support the college in navigating its goals in support of its mission. She serves on the Executive Committee and Social justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion team.

Angela received her M.Ed. in higher education in 2020 and has co-published in the "Journal of Student Financial Aid" and presented her thesis on "Undergraduate Student Parents: Strategies to Support Retention at UMass Amherst." She is passionate about supporting underrepresented staff, faculty, and students in the goal of a fully inclusive campus. She currently serves on the UMass Amherst Academic Affairs Staff Academy Project Leadership Team, as well as the Belchertown Finance Committee and ARPA task force.
