Travel Program has access to low rates at thousands of hotels, as well as University negotiated rates. Rates can be accessed through the Egencia booking tool or via a Travel Collaborative booking agent. Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly and asking for the UMass rate. Your UMass ID may be required upon check-in. Most hotels will extend the UMass rate to clients traveling on behalf of the University.
