The Case Logistix system (developed by Thomson Reuters) is a document-review and production platform that provides a way to review electronically stored information (ESI) and traditional “paper” documents throughout the ediscovery process.

The Client Support group delivers desktop, and audio visual support to approximately 400 users in Shrewsbury and Boston as well as visitors to these facilities. The team is primarily responsible for installations, fixes and security for laptop/desktop computers (Windows/Apple), printers, cell phones, software and peripherals for staff, conference and training rooms and a test lab.
