The University uses PeopleSoft Human Capital Management to manage and process human resource data from employees to managers to persons of interest. This web-based solution provides both back-office administrative functions as well as self service features for employees and managers. UITS provides campuses with application configuration, custom modification development, management support, job scheduling, execution management, systems and infrastructure management, and Tier 3 and 4 user support for HR Direct. The UITS Application Manager is responsible for communicating with the governance bodies and campus core teams through a standard communication model.
