The University uses the Huron ecrt system to certify the distribution of effort for all employees paid from federal and federal flow-through funds. The web-based system reduces human error, improves data accuracy, and provides the University with key audit capabilities. In addition, ecrt reduces the financial penalties the University could incur by facilitating increased compliance.
The University uses the PeopleSoft Finance System to manage financial transaction entry and reporting in one unified system, including general ledger, budgeting, asset management, and grant management.
The University uses PeopleSoft Human Capital Management to manage and process human resource data from employees to managers to persons of interest. This web-based solution provides both back-office administrative functions as well as self service features for employees and managers.
Summit Administration & Finance Reporting
The University uses Summit (OBIEE) as its primary reporting system. This web-based system provides a full range of reporting and analysis tools, from interactive dashboards to ad hoc reports.
The University uses the SciQuest eProcurement system as an online catalog and ordering system.
The University uses the Legal Files system as an online case management tool.
The Case Logistix system (developed by Thomson Reuters) is a document-review and production platform that provides a way to review electronically stored information (ESI) and traditional “paper” documents throughout the ediscovery process.
