The University Travel Program
You will need to create an account to use the on-line booking tool. Please use your campus email address as all other email addresses will be rejected. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email with a temporary password and instruction. Note: There will be a delay on registrations submitted after hours and on weekends.
The registration link can be found on the home page of our BuyWays system or reach out to your Campus Travel Administrator to request the link.
Once your account is active, please update your profile with the necessary information. The most important items you need to make sure are correct in your profile:
- Please check that your name is exactly as it is in your passport or driver's license.
- Add your date of birth
- Add your mobile phone number to your profile.
- Add frequent flyer and subscription cards
