A. From a Windows computer while in the application, select File > Open > Browse. You'll see the Dropbox (President’s Office) and/or Dropbox (Personal) under Favorites.
From a Mac while in an application, select File > Open > On My Mac > user home location > Dropbox (President’s Office) and/or Dropbox (Personal).

A. Contact the owner of the folder to see if they have removed you from the permissions of the folder. If the person no longer works at UMass President’s Office, contact the helpdesk about permissions to a folder.
