UMass Office of the President Office 365 Environment Overview
The UMass Office of the President Office 365 environment was rolled out from April 2016 to June 2016, including our SharePoint Online environment, which is used University-wide for shared services governance, planning, and operational activities. Several campus users across the business offices from the Registrar to the Controller's offices have access to our sharepoint sites as external resources and are either using their Campus Office 365 account to access our environment (Boston, Lowell, and Medical School) or a Microsoft Live Account (Amherst and Dartmouth). We will build out our help desk reference materials on an ongoing basis. Please feel free to reach out to us to request additional content or corrections.
