Document Management and Collaboration

Description: 

The UMass Office of the President uses SharePoint Online through our Office 365 for Education license.  SharePoint Online provides document and data management capabilities from version control to permission management by focus area. 

Our Role: 

We provide initial training to each site owner within the President's Office, which includes site/data architecture consultation as well as permission management consultation.  We also provide Tier 2 support for issue management. Tier 3 support is facilitated by our hosted provider, Microsoft.
